POSITIVE ACTIONS can help define the new version of who you are creating yourself to be. It is not enough to do something positive one time.
It is in the repetition that change becomes lasting. Just like a star professional athlete must practice, the habit of change is formed and the new definition of you
emerges through repetition.
It is far better to take one day at a time and just do one day using your tool
POSITIVE ACTIONS and just fill out the application. Just get on the
list for class. Just attend church. Just go to the AA meeting. Just read
that book. Just have that positive conversation. One action at a time.
When we take our eyes off of the long-term cloud to bring
the current moment into importance, we find that a life is built by
IS IT POWERFUL
IS IT PRODUCTIVE
IS IT POSITIVE?
