With REALITY CHECK, we tell you up front you are not perfect. You never will be perfect. And if perfection is something we attempt to achieve in vain, then we wallow in self hatred for not being perfect and oftentimes propel ourselves even lower into bad decisions because we are so discouraged with our imperfections.
