If any of the GOGI products do not meet your expectations just return them in their original condition and packaging for a refund of the cost of the materials. Make sure you include a copy of your receipt or invoice number with date of sale so we can track down the order. Because we do not save your information, we may need to mail a physical check to you for the amount you paid.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

If a prison has lost your order, it is not GOGI’s responsibility. If the recipient was moved to another prison or in some way was denied access to the package, GOGI is not responsible. You can contact the prison mailroom or prison administration and ask for them to track down the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
• Book with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not refunded.
